Refund Policy
All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale and will be liable for exchange, return, refund or cancellation only as per the below-mentioned terms.
At www.iamthebestmom.com, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering the product category, we cannot accept exchange or return of products once sold or delivered.
We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 100/- for cancelling an order which is not dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are NOT possible.
Returns and Refunds:
All items, once dispatched, are considered final sale. No refunds will be processed once the order has been dispatched.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 3 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is required to email us at info@cogni3.com within 3 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue for our understanding.
Once the request has been vetted by our team, we will confirm the same via email. The process will be completed within 7-21 business days. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
