Prenatal Yoga
Every expecting mother undergoes a complete transformation in herself during her pregnancy. The experiences are at the physical, mental, and emotional levels.
Prenatal yoga is a powerful experience in preparing for childbirth. It is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, relaxing, and focused breathing during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga also helps you develop a stronger bond with your baby in the womb. You feel great and stay calm during the most important nine months of your life. It is more like making the most out of a woman’s pregnancy and preparing a woman for her upcoming role as a mother.

Prenatal Yoga gives me faith, self-confidence, courage, tranquillity, patience, relaxation and peace. However the most important for me is that I capture a lot of energy, positive sensations and learning. For me it is an effective, challenging and novel experience every day. I am having the best pregnancy a woman can imagine and have. I feel lucky but I really feel that Prenatal Yoga has done a lot to me.

Hi Ma'am, I miss your Thursday class! I had an incredible labour that only lasted 3 hours total with little pain and no medication at all. Thanks to you and your yoga classes I was totally prepared and highly recommend you to all pregnant ladies.

I started joining Yoga session when I was 15 weeks pregnant. It was the best thing I could have done for myself! After being so sick for the first 2 months it was so nice to have something to look forward to each week and to be around other women who could sympathize. Prenatal yoga also helped a lot with the normal aches and pains of pregnancy. I felt myself getting stronger and overall feeling much better each time I went.
