Yoga is derived from the term “Yuj” which means Union – Union of body, breath and mind. It means uniting with the self.
A child is an inborn Yogi. In the womb, a child stays in aadi mudra.

The child grows up a little more, then comes the time when distractions start peeping in and that is where Yoga comes into play. The child starts moving away from his true nature (स्वभाव).
