There should not be two governments in a family, otherwise children get confused and learn wrong choices in life. Mother and father should behave as a single unit in front of children.
Parents may not agree to each other on certain issues but they can discuss their differences in the absence of children. If father says 'no' to some demand of child, mother should follow father's decision and vice versa.
It is better to have same government in the Centre and State to have best development of the country.
